For those longing to rest, return, and remember—I offer private retreats on the sacred shores of Puerto Rico, where the rainforest meets the sea and sea turtles nest under moonlight. I also offer day immersions when I am present at my NYC Sanctuary.

Held within my oceanfront sanctuary, these immersive experiences are infused with ritual, nature, and nourishment. Together we journey through bodywork, breathwork, spiritual counsel, sound healing, and rainforest rituals that help you shed, soften, and expand.

Each day is lovingly supported by plant-based meals, deep rest, and guided practices that bring you home to yourself.
